Terms of Service

By accessing or using Veyrra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Veyrra is a cloud-based business operating system designed for restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses. The Service includes:

•Point of Sale (POS) functionality

•Inventory and stock management

•Staff scheduling and management

•Kitchen Display System (KDS)

•Table and reservation management

•Customer relationship management (CRM)

•AI-powered business insights and recommendations

•Reporting and analytics

•Multi-location management tools

To use Veyrra, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

•Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

•All activities that occur under your account

•Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

•Ensuring all users with access to your organization account comply with these Terms

You may not use another person's account without their permission, or create accounts by automated means.

Veyrra offers subscription plans with different feature tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Billing terms:

•Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance

•All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

•Prices are exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable

•You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

•Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except as required by Australian consumer law

•We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice

Veyrra may offer a free trial period. During the trial:

•You have access to the features specified in the trial offer

•No credit card is required unless explicitly stated

•At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service

•We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time

•Any data created during the trial will be retained if you subscribe within 7 days of trial expiry

You agree not to use the Service to:

•Violate any applicable laws or regulations

•Process payments or transactions for illegal goods or services

•Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or viruses

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

•Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

•Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users

•Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent

•Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Your Data").

By using Veyrra, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell Your Data or use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any personal data of your customers or employees through the Service, and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

The Service, including its software, design, features, and all content created by Veyrra, is owned by Veyrra Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to Your Data and any content you create using the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

Our paid plans include an uptime commitment as specified in your subscription agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veyrra's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or damages arising from third-party services or integrations.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

•You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

•Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we determine continued service poses a legal or security risk

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination before permanently deleting it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes via email or prominent in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
